You may have heard about the CMPSM (Certified Management Program Specialist) certification and the CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification but you may not know what the difference is between the two. The CMPSM certification is a three-year certification that is issued by the American Management Association or MACA to those who are interested in becoming licensed in real estate management.
